Planning4Places was established in 2009 by Katherine Ember, AICP. The firm is a certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) in New York State and a certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) throughout most of the Northeast.
Located in the Capital Region of New York State, we believe that good planning is the result of community-based consensus building. Because each project is different, we strive to ensure that every plan and planning project reflects each community's unique needs and ideals.
